- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Go here. Got my tow hitch installed here. I searched for "auto near san ramon ca" in google and checked reviews on all the local places. This shop had one review, and it is a good one. All the others had a bunch of negative reviews. I expected it to be a small mom-and-pop with little business because of the lack of reviews but it's not, people just don't have a reason to complain about this place online. They quoted me an hour, took them longer but they didn't charge me more than the quote. They didn't have any available lifts so the tech just did the work on the ground so that it got done, and he did a good job. Friendly. Fairly decent turn-around time.
